Referrals are welcomed from GPs, schools, health and social-care professionals, community services and other appropriate professionals, subject to suitability and availability.

Before making a referral

Please ensure that the person being referred, or the appropriate parent or guardian where relevant, knows about and agrees to the referral.

To protect privacy, send only the information needed for an initial contact. Please do not include detailed clinical histories or highly sensitive records in an ordinary email.
